Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment or dispatched. Once the shipping process has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

What if I am not satisfied?

For consumer purchases, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per the legal withdrawal period. This right does not apply to business (B2B) purchases.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return process or arrange a pickup if needed. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will process your refund, including the original shipping costs, minus any return or pickup fees.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Since our products are often large, heavy, and valuable, it is essential that someone is present at the time of delivery to inspect the order upon arrival.

If there is any issue with your order, please report it to us on the same day of delivery so we can resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Important: We are not responsible for damages that occur after delivery is completed, such as improper handling, accidental drops, or incorrect installation. In such cases, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
